Shipping policy

Free shipping in Belgium with purchases from € 100, otherwise it's € 6.

Free shipping in The Netherlands with purchases from € 100, otherwise it's € 7,50.

Shipping costs in Germany are € 8,50.

For all other countries in Europe the shipping cost is € 17. For countries worldwide outside the EU, the shipping cost is € 25.

Attention: the custom clearance and import taxes / duties are at customers expense.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for the Belgium and The Netherlands is 2 to 4 working days. The delivery time for other countries is 5 to 10 working days.

TRACK & TRACE

When the order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code so that you can follow up your package at all times.

NOT AT HOME? NO PROBLEM

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then our service provider, bpost, will offer the package again the next day. If it doesn't work that time either, your package will be available at the nearest pick-up point.
